Write about Everything
A workshop at Lot 49 Books - Wednesdays, 6-8:30pm April 10 to May 1, 2024
It’s time for another collab between Lot 49 Books and Graham Irvin!!
For this third iteration, called Write about Everything, the workshop will focus on exciting, surprising, unconventional poetry. Poems can do anything, be about anything, and this workshop is where we will foster that sentiment.
The course includes 4 weekly in-person meetings every Wednesday starting April 10th through May 1st with a final live reading by participants Friday May 3rd. Each meeting you will workshop one poem each. You will give and receive feedback to every poem shared. I, Graham, will also give feedback, supply writing prompts, and lead discussions on relevant topics.
This class is open to all levels of writers. These could be the first poems you have written or a way to shake up your 25+ year writing habit. We’re all going to learn something new together in this workshop.
To keep class accessible we are offering sliding scale tuition fees based on what participants feel they can afford. Please note that there will be a limited number of tickets at the discounted tiers.
